82zone.com and the 82ZONE online store are operated by 82ZONE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as “82zone” (“82ZONE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 82ZONE LLC is the seller and contracting party for orders placed through this Site. Orders are fulfilled from South Korea.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked below. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your place of residence or use the Site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Site or our products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with Site security, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in an abusive manner, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or violate another person’s rights.

We may suspend access, limit quantities, or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect customers, 82ZONE, or the integrity of the Site.

Orders & Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We accept an order when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may reject or cancel an order for stock shortages, obvious pricing or description errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, resale activity, quantity limits, sanctions, export or import restrictions, carrier limitations, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount received for the cancelled item or order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and for reviewing the order before submission.

Prices, Payment & Taxes

Prices, currencies, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged by 82ZONE, subject to any correction you approve where required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may independently apply currency conversion, international transaction, or other fees. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Color, texture, scale, and appearance may vary because of lighting, production variation, and device displays. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products may have limited quantities. Resale restrictions, purchase limits, or territory restrictions may apply where disclosed or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.

Store Policies

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. The policy dealing specifically with an issue controls for that issue to the extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site relies on Shopify and may provide access to payment services, carrier tracking, social platforms, or other third-party tools and websites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, logos, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to 82ZONE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other license is granted without written permission.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. General Site content is informational and is not professional advice.

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, guarantees, remedies, or other rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 82ZONE LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of the Site or an order.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you actually paid to 82ZONE for the affected product or order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Customer Responsibility & Indemnity

You are responsible for losses reasonably caused by your unlawful use of the Site, material breach of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of a third party’s rights. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify 82ZONE against a third-party claim directly resulting from that conduct. This section does not apply to an ordinary consumer complaint or remove a mandatory consumer right.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, labor disruption, government action, customs action, carrier interruption, power or network failure, or sanctions. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory right described below, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a court or dispute-resolution forum available under the non-waivable laws of your country or place of residence.

Changes, Severability & Contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of that provision.
