Processing usually takes 3–5 business days for payment verification, fraud screening, packing, and carrier hand-off. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the parcel and varies by destination and service.

It depends on the destination country. At checkout you will see whether duties and taxes are included in your total (delivered-duty-paid, nothing more to pay on delivery) or not included (delivered-duty-unpaid, the recipient pays on delivery). If checkout does not say they are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT, sales tax, brokerage, customs charges, and any required identification or tax numbers. Charges paid to local authorities are not refundable by 82ZONE. Shipping rates by country are listed in the Shipping Policy.

You have 14 days after receiving an item to request an eligible return. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and related return costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy before sending anything.

We do not hold exchange inventory. The usual option is to return an eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Yes. 82ZONE sells only genuine products that come through official distribution channels. We do not sell counterfeit merchandise. Read our Authenticity Commitment for how to report a concern.

Restocks are not guaranteed. Product availability is updated on the site, and limited items can sell out without advance notice.
