Where does 82ZONE ship from?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from South Korea. 82ZONE LLC is the seller and contracting party for purchases made through 82zone.com.
How long does order processing take?
Processing usually takes 3–5 business days for payment verification, fraud screening, packing, and carrier hand-off. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the parcel and varies by destination and service.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the destinations currently available at checkout. Rates, free-shipping thresholds, and available services can vary by market. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Who pays duties and import taxes?
Import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs charges may be collected by local authorities or carriers unless checkout expressly states otherwise. These charges are separate from the amount paid to 82ZONE.
What is the return window?
You have 14 days after receiving an item to request an eligible return. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and related return costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy before sending anything.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not hold exchange inventory. The usual option is to return an eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
How should I choose a size?

Are the products authentic?
82ZONE does not knowingly offer counterfeit merchandise. Read our Authenticity Commitment for the scope of our checks and how to report a concern.
Will sold-out products restock?
Restocks are not guaranteed. Product availability is updated on the site, and limited items can sell out without advance notice.
